This week, Jared and Nick discuss The Rock implying that Henry Cavil is returning as Superman in the upcoming Black Adam movie. The rumor is that the movie will feature a cameo of Henry Cavil’s Superman either as a battle or as a post credit scene.
It will be very interesting to see if Henry Cavil himself shows up in the movie, and which suit he will be wearing. If he shows up in the black suit, there’s only one universe where Superman wears that suit, and it’s a universe that the movie would fit.

They discuss David Zaslav’s desire to return Superman to relevancy, compete with Marvel with the creation of DC Studios, and that Zaslav wants DC to be more independent of Warner Bros. so that the creatives can create compelling stories that would allow it to more effectively stand with Marvel and even surpass it.
